1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cck44 ("cck44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cck44.bio. 3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a cck44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

cck44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each player may register only one Account on the cck44 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. cck44 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cck44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be liable for all such activity.

cck44 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where cck44 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

cck44 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–6 hours. Black Diamond VIP members receive priority same-hour processing.
• cck44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

cck44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cck44 accepts no responsibility.

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cck44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cck44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all cck44 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual offer terms.
• cck44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cck44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward cck44 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cck44 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of cck44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cck44.

The cck44 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of cck44. Unauthorised use of any cck44 brand asset is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cck44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

cck44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cck44 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In no event shall cck44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

cck44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cck44 uses SSL 256-bit encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.
